Dr. Arlene Barro, a Westwood renter for more than 20 years, is committed to helping renters and other stakeholders to expect, create, and maintain high living standards.
From UCLA, Dr. Arlene holds a master’s and PhD in education with distinction for her doctoral dissertation on creativity. She is the creator of the Right Fit Method, the subject of her book WIN Without Competing! and her talk show. She is passionate about mentoring others on how to make decisions using the Standard of the Right Fit, not the standard of “best.” As a Council Member, Dr. Arlene will demonstrate how to use her Method in making sound decisions.
